The first part of the concert will contain a solo recitle of the cellist of Agathe Duo – Ivan Nogueira who will present original music from his recent solo album ‘On.Cello’, beautiful music based on Folk Celtic Sounds.

The second part of the concert: ‘Translucent Strings’ is a production of Agathe Duo, in collaboration with the visual artist Efthymios Stavropoulos. During our performance music and images go hand in hand, while they leave space to the listener and viewer, stimulating the imagination.

The program contains XX and XXI century music, “minimal music” by P. Vasks, and from the jong Dutch composer Myrthe van de Weetering, “Jiayou”. Also are included Hungarian and Rumanian pieces by B. Bartok, and Argentinian tango by C. Gardel.
